Basin's experienced staff have completed dozens of Oilsands Exploration Plans (OSE’s) to allow companies to conduct exploratory drill programs. Once the OSE’s are complete Basin has assessed thousands of OSE corehole sites using AEP’s Coal and Oil Sands Exploration Reclamation Requirements. With our reclamation services, we reduce clients' risk and liability:

  • Complete OSE Application packages

  • Complete Temporary Diversion Licenses (TDL’s)

  • Complete timber assessment

  • Pre-site assessments enabling appropriate reclamation planning prior to development

  • Project management and subcontractor coordination

  • Conduct construction monitoring

  • Prepare annual reporting

  • Reclamation assessments, as per "Coal and Oil Sands Exploration Reclamation Requirements" released on December 2, 2015
